西日本の一条校で最初に国際バカロレア認定校となった立命館宇治高等学校。
同校には国際バカロレアのディプロマコースだけではなく、在学中に留学を組み込んだイマージョンコースも人気です。

立命館宇治高等学校の国際バカロレアコースのポイント！
タイムズの取材でも、同校の国際バカロレアコースは、ディプロマ試験でも満点の成績を出した卒業生がおり（２０１２年）、２０１３年度では１００パーセントの合格率を誇ります。
ちなみに世界の合格率は、８０パーセント。
国際バカロレアのディプロマ試験の満点（４５点）は、わずか受験者の１パーセント。
同校の国際バカロレアコースが高い実績は、卒業生の進路に表れています。
世界の大学から合格
2012年度にタフツ大学（米国）、トロント大学（カナダ）など3ヵ国へ進学。
2013年度には、さらに48大学～特に英国 ダラム大学、ユニヴァーシティ・カレッジ・ロンドン。カナダでは、トロント大学、マギル大学、ブリッシュコロンビア大学の合格実績が目を引きます。
2014年度は、米国ボストン大学をはじめ、フランスのエリート校パリ政治学院をはじめ、さらに進学実績が高まっています。
特に注目したいのが、カナダのトロント大学、マギル大学、ブリティッシュコロンビア大学など世界大学ランキングで世界的評価の高い大学（東京大学より高い）に、例年、複数の合格者がでていること。
世界の大学が同校の教育を高く評価していることを意味します。
